Christmas Look

I just love Christmas time, I love all the glitter and glam that comes with this wonderful time of the year.   I was inspired to create this look by project runway. The winning looks had beautiful combos of sparkly silver and gold components. I also decided to make it smokey for a more sexy night time look. It is a bit longer because I take time to teach you how to properly apply lashes.

It is my hope that you are successful at your Christmas makeup look. One piece of advice is that if you know yourself and think you arent gonna have time to do your makeup, try doing it earlier in the day and use primer so that it will last all day long. It is easier to touch it up during the day rather than doing your makeup last minute and having it look all messy from lack of time (or not doing it at all).

Enjoy this holiday season and Merry Christmas!

bronze eyeshadow look

This is a look that I just happen to love because it uses one of the eyeshadows that I own that I dont use very often because its so sparkly ( i tend to be more attracted to matte eyeshadows). Its quick to do, a lot of you may already do this with different colors and thats great because its such a versatile look. If you want to alter it you can apply a wing eyeliner on the top lash line and practice your eyeliner skillz.

I hope you enjoy this video and if anyone has any questions for me feel free to comment.

the colors i used:
mulch eyeshadow on lid and as bottom eyeliner
peachykeen blush
engraved eyeliner in my waterline (semi waterproof)
random bronzy lipstick (no name) and ample pink gloss

How to make your eyes look bigger

This is one of my favorite tutorials because it is so universal (and its also a short video:)). It helps people with small eyelids look like they have bigger eyes and it also looks good on people who have normal or bigger eyelids. Just fantastic. If you have small eyes you can eliminate the step of applying the pencil eyeliner in your waterline. If you have medium or big eyelids you can add an eyeliner in the waterline as well as a wing liner on top for a more dramatic nighttime look.
These are some of the products that you must have if you have lighter skin:
Harmony  blush
ample pink lipgloss
So get yourself over to the mac counter and make sure you dont leave without these colors and an eyeshadow primer if you dont already have one (its about a $20 investment and it should last you a couple of years)
So here it is. Enjoy!
